Very dissatisfied! Went in to address a warning light to check my rear left tail light. I left with a $310 charge, a quote of $10,000+ plus for a bunch of things (tai Went in to address a warning light to check my rear left tail light. I left with a $310 charge, a quote of $10,000+ plus for a bunch of things (taillight not mentioned in the written estimate) plus a comment on the telephone that the taillight compartment needed to be replaced for an additional over $3,000 amount. This is for a 9-year-old car with 74,000 miles on it, so it is not worth much more than $10,000. To add insult to injury my bill included a $34 (about) miscellaneous charge for doing nothing. I complained about it and the charge was removed. Manager said it was a mistake (yeah). There was no sense of priority, no evaluation of safety issues...No communication at all. Bottom line, I am $310 poorer, wasted time, and am no better off than I was before. More
