Management team not helpful, very dismissive, over charge for job that was not necessary, buying certified pre owned does not mean anything. Service experience was adequate. Communication was adequate but would have been better is detailed written estimates were provided rather that verbal discussions which are distractin Communication was adequate but would have been better is detailed written estimates were provided rather that verbal discussions which are distracting from a person with a busy schedule. Provision of loaner car was adequate. Would be good if the female service greeters were more friendly and not so cold. The guys in the drive through however were more friendly. Wash job was at best poor. One would think that after spending nearly 2 grand that at least they would wipe the car down instead of leaving water spots everywhere. More
