I would never buy a car with Keith Oktem again! He was very unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome at all. I would also say that he was rude. He absolutely took advantage of me being a young female & a first time car buyer and didn’t explain things truthfully. He told me that my car had an extended warranty (when it expired 7 mo before I purchased the car) that I am just not finding out the truth about. Also, called him a month after purchasing the car and he was anything but kind. He told me my warranty didn’t cover anything related to batteries - when the ONLY warranty I have DOES infact cover batteries. Extremely disappointed in him and his lack of professionalism, I was shocked to see he’s a manager according the the dealership’s website… Can’t speak for the rest of the dealership, everyone else appeared very friendly and kind. But do NOT purchase with Keith Oktem! More
