His patience was amazing and he made me feel very comfortable as I piloted my car home solo. I also received a follow up call to iron out any questions I might have post purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending the dealership to others. More

I wish they would get my approval first, then changed the air filters. Scott did not mention the cost of filters at all. Since I needed inspection and the annual service, and the way he expIained the servic air filters. Scott did not mention the cost of filters at all. Since I needed inspection and the annual service, and the way he expIained the services and related charges, I thought the change of filters are included. More
Long story short. B service appointment was made for 7am was told it was 4-6 hours to complete. Car dropped off night prior and was told my car would be done the next B service appointment was made for 7am was told it was 4-6 hours to complete. Car dropped off night prior and was told my car would be done the next day (day of appointment) well at like noon or 1pm I hadn't gotten an update thro7gh their system that tells you what's going on with your car so I followed up as I needed my car back that day. I call and Frankie tells me they're really backed up and there's a chance my car might not be complete. I explain that that's unacceptable I made the appointment for that day as it was the only day I could afford to not have my car and as they didn't have any loaners available I'd need my car back service complete or not. He explained that they would do everything they could to get it done even using 2 techs to make sure it was complete that day. It was complete that day and all was well. 1 month later I lose the brakes in my car due to rotted out brake lines. (2014 CLS) it gets towed back to mercedes and all is going well until their diag was complete. They never identified rotting brake lines on my car when it was in for service and tell me I need 5000 dollars worth of repairs as ALL brake lines and hoses needed to be replaced. They refused to only repair the ruptured lines (I was told that decision was made by the director, whoever that is) but there was indeed still is nothing wrong with the brake lines going to the front brakes nor are there any issues with the hoses for the back brakes. The only parts that were going bad or catastrophically failed were the back brake lines. When I asked how it wasn't caught on my service the response I was given was "well either way you'd be looking at 5000 if they saw it then or now" (that was in response to me telling them I don't have 5k to pay them for brake lines it's a 25k car I'm not spending 20% of the cars value on brake lines). Never mind the fact that because it wasn't noticed in the shop (my assumption is they half-assed my service to get it out the door, should have just left it alone if they weren't going to do the 1200 dollar oil AND BRAKE FLUID change right)that I almost crashed my car as thr line blew out when I was slowing down driving down storm king mountain. This is the 3rd time I've been asked for a review of their dealership so maybe they'll do something about their terrible service department, I'll never know because they won't be touching another car of mine. I also thought it was funny when I got an email from Michael Hill asking for me to reach out if my experience was anything short of great... no response from him either. So they'll act like they care about your experience but when you don't tell them it's all sunshine and rainbows it's crickets from them. More
