Extremely courteous and efficient. I took my vehicle in as a follow up to a previous service. My vehicle needed front end parts replacement. I was going out of state for vacation. They explained that they could not give me a loaner vehicle to take out of state due to restrictions. My vehicle was completed the next day so I requested that they drop my car off at my house. They dropped off my car at my house as requested. The vehicle is working fine thanks to excellent service. Scott Cruver did not seem to care much about my car being repaired. I had to make numerous inquiries about the status of the repairs. My car was sitting in the dealership for a week after i was told on Monda repaired. I had to make numerous inquiries about the status of the repairs. I had to make another call to Scott to fins out the car has been ready all week long, but they didn't get payment from insurance (which they did).
