I give Frankie the service Rep. 5 stars, Not satisfied with the product, only had 37000, miles on car, brought in for engine light on, paid over 7000 dollars for service. Frank Devita and Omar were superb. What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to wait 10 days for the repair to be completed. If that doesn’t constitute getting a loaner car, I don’t know what would. I believe it had to do with no money being made for Mercedes and that is why I wasn’t entitled to a loaner car. More
Car service was great. Customer service wasn't. Originally had a 930 scheduled pickup, appointment made 3-4 weeks earlier. On the day, the pickup never came, but more impor Customer service wasn't. On the day, the pickup never came, but more importantly I also wasn't called, even one time, to notify me of the delay/cancellation. Decided to drive car in myself two and a half hours later. The missed appointment still was never acknowledged at dealership. Understandable that pickup was not ideal because Black Friday traffic but a call or acknowledgement seemed good form/appropriate. Have always had good experiences so I am happy to see this as a one-off - but wanted to provide this feedback this time around. More
