We brought our truck for what we thought was a big issue but only to find out it was a not as big an issue as we thought. Their service department is outrageously expensive, and my brake lines leaked after they serviced my car. They weren't leaking when I brought it in. Horrible experience. Car was dropped off early Saturday for an inspection and I never got the car back until Wednesday. I had advised I ran a diagnostic and it needed a w Car was dropped off early Saturday for an inspection and I never got the car back until Wednesday. I had advised I ran a diagnostic and it needed a wheel sensor so the abs am engine light would clear. Heard nothing Saturday. Monday I was told they have to order this part. Tuesday I call for a follow up and got a call back it may need wheel bearings for $1300. Again this car was running fine. Next I was told it's older and they may need to Thursday and they need to drive to clear the code. I understand clearing the code but now possibly Thursday. Then I'm told I may need to drive it. Wednesday it was finally ready and the bill was nothing I was told about. Extra charges which when I asked were not that much and it was very rushed. The best was I was told hopefully you can afford dinner. Disappointed and my cars are going elsewhere at this point. I do not have the words. Came home to break down the bill myself. More
