I don’t understand why they give people appointments that are supposed to be 1-2 hours and they end up taking 2-3 days without giving you a loaner. It happens every time my husband and I get our car serviced are supposed to be 1-2 hours and they end up taking 2-3 days without giving you a loaner. It happens every time my husband and I get our car serviced there. It is completely ridiculous. You would think a company as prestigious as Mercedes Benz would take care of their customer’s - not this service department. It is only the service departments the sales department is is phenomenal! Ron Lodico was a great service adviser to work with. The waiting area was pleasant and clean and all of the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
