I was able to pick it up same day. He took as much time as I needed to learn about the vehicle before I drove away. He also followed up with me several times in the following weeks. More

When I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle was still there the internet sales manager Andy Mills not only checked the inventory he got up and made certain that he had the keys in hand before I made the trip. 2. I arrived about 20 mins later and the vehicle was already cleaned and parked out in front for me to look at. 3. My salesman Michael Howard was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and EXTREAMLY good at helping me get the best deal possible. 4. Every salesman at the dealership was very kind, friendly and attentive. 5. Not only would I purchase another vehicle from them, but I actually wouldn’t mind just hanging out there one afternoon just to be in good company. Bad customer service While my car was at the dealership for tires replacement, all four wheels were stolen and the dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility for it, t While my car was at the dealership for tires replacement, all four wheels were stolen and the dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility for it, they insisted to got my insurance involved to cover for the wheels replacement. There is additional minor issues I experienced with them, all reflects low level customer service most likely due to lack of competition More
