The general manager did not take the matter seriously and referred me to the customer service manager, who I don't believe is higher in the chain of command. In any event, neither were helpful. In fact, the customer service person, Chad, recommended I find a car elsewhere. How about Hendrick make it right? How about Hendrick run a more reputable business?
