I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Mercedes-Benz Northlake. I came in when lights on my car came on. Kelley was there and she really wanted to help…maybe because I looked experience at Mercedes-Benz Northlake. I came in when lights on my car came on. Kelley was there and she really wanted to help…maybe because I looked as if I was about to completely fall apart. I was having a bad day. Kelley really felt she needed to help get me through that moment. From then, she walked me through everything and within a week’s time, my car was fixed. If I ever have any issues with my car, I will be sure to call Kelley first. More

Terence in Parts was great to work with. He helped with identifying my key as the problem with my vehicle failing to start. He changed out my key fob batteries and I was on my way. He could have directed me to spend unnecessary money on a diagnostic which I was prepare to do but showed great integrity. Best of all he did not even charge me for the battery replacement. I have now had two (almost three) transactions with this dealership and the third time was not charmed at all. My third experience ended yesterday with Dietrich Wright (and John) selling the vehicle that I dealership and the third time was not charmed at all. My third experience ended yesterday with Dietrich Wright (and John) selling the vehicle that I had transferred from another store. This occurred during our negotiation process without any notice. Furthermore, he knew it was for my high school student. How low of a person can you be, really? Henceforth, I suggest caution when working with Dietrich and John, though I'm not sure if John was forced to go along with Dietrich. At this point, I'd like to hear back from Dietrich's manager and the dealership's owner to verify that this is not par for the course. More
