We have referred several of our friends who also ended up leasing or purchasing a vehicle and they all came away with the same experience. They are in the business of selling great vehicles. They make is so easy to get your vehicle serviced. They will pick your car up and leave you a loaner and return your vehicle when complete. However, once you purchase a vehicle you become part of a unique group. Bernie Moreno routinely sponsors customer appreciation events that all customers are invited to. These events are an outstanding way of thanking customers for their business. Jazz Concerts, Food Trucks, Craft Beer and Wine Tastings, Fashion Shows, Movie Premiers, Free Gifts. It has become something that we really look forward to and it gets better every year. There are other Mercedes dealers much closer to our home. However, they simply cannot match the total experience of purchasing a new or previously enjoyed vehicle that is offered at NO Mercedes. Bernie Moreno has set up a business model that all employees buy into which sets the standard for others to follow. We will remain loyal customers. Keep up the great work. More

I contacted Joe Arno via text, and Joe sent a technician out to my office the same day to troubleshoot the equipment. I was unable to be without my car due to my schedule, and Joe not only accommodated my schedule, but the same day. The issue was resolved, and most importantly, the sense of urgency and understanding of my concerns were addressed. Josephine and Jim are some of the best people in the car service industry. Jim Shields is the person to go to when it comes to anything electronics related for your vehicle. He installed a radar detector service industry. Jim Shields is the person to go to when it comes to anything electronics related for your vehicle. He installed a radar detector system and a laser shifting system in my BMW and he really knows what he is doing. He will stay all night if that is what it takes to do your car. Josephine does all of the paperwork with you and she really knows what she is talking about. She is very courteous and helpful. She shows you where to go in the dealership in order to relax. They have a huge customer area where they have coffee, soda and water. Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is the place to go even if you don't have a Mercedes. It is the perfect dealership for speed protection work as well. Bernie Moreno the owner is also a pleasure to deal with. More
All I kept hearing was that they are from Boston, they don't know how it works in my city/state, service was mediocre at best.
