Deceptive Business Practices I received an email advertisement from MB North Olmsted regarding a promotion for Labor Day Weekend. I went to the dealership to look at several cars I received an email advertisement from MB North Olmsted regarding a promotion for Labor Day Weekend. I went to the dealership to look at several cars that fit the criteria of the email offer. I was told by two individuals, including General Manager Matt Youssef there were certain stipulations that applied to the promotion and the cars I was looking at were not eligible. These conditions were not disclosed on the email and made no mention of any restrictions. There was no fine print or conditions listed anywhere on the email from Mercedes of North Olmsted. When I originally brought this to the salesperson's attention she came back with an information sheet for a car that was available and similar that was twice the price of the car I had expressed interest in. This is bait and switch, false advertising and deceptive business practices. When I was stating my displeasure with the business practices of the dealership, my time they wasted and the legality of their claim Matt Youssef did not seem to care. He continued to try to offer excuses and shift blame. He showed no concern, empathy or willingness to correct the situation. He is a poor example of someone who is representing the Mercedes Benz brand. More

The entire process, from the purchase, trade, Mercedes Benz financing, to delivery was seamless. My sales professional, Don LaPorte was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We found a great low-mileage vehicle, Cinnibar Red, Sport Package, beautiful gray interior with a number of options, which was sold and serviced by this dealership. Don delivered my vehicle to Pittsburgh, with everything which was promised and drove my trade back to Cleveland! Within 2 weeks, we received the documents to transfer the vehicle to Pennsylvania. First Class Experience! The best experience I have ever had working with a dealership! They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Ask for Sal!! After letting Sal know what I was looking for, he happened to find me my dream car within the hour. I am 2 hours away from this dealership and was in a time crunch to purchase a vehicle. The next day, and on his day off, he drove 4 hours round trip to show me the car and let me test drive it. His communication through the whole process was impeccable! He helped guide me through everything and answered the hundreds of questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! The dealership and Sal made me feel like my purchase mattered, even after the fact. They have since followed up with me to make sure everything was going well and that I loved my car. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our needs. Since the CLC300 we were looking for was not on the lot, Cindy, along with Brand Manager Terry Billias, worked tirelessly to find us the vehicle at another dealership. Our delivery process was also handled quite efficiently, thanks to Cindy, Business manager Sam Pickering, and Lead Delivery Specialist Jon Lawrence.
