Called the dealership and asked the receptionist who I can speak with that is very knowlegable and she recommended Don LaPorte. A couple phone calls between us and I was on my way from Michigan. Loved the car and the buying experience....who can say that??!! Don's depth of knowledge, ease to converse with, and the professionalism of the dealership convinced me to purchase this certified vehicle. Don's earned this customers business in the future. More

5 Star plus, make it 10 Recently, I was looking for a SL550 as a third car, fun car to drive for my wife and I before getting to old to enjoy. While searching the internet a Recently, I was looking for a SL550 as a third car, fun car to drive for my wife and I before getting to old to enjoy. While searching the internet and CarFax I ran across a beautiful 2017 CPO SL550 with 2,900 miles. Curious, I contacted Mercedes of Olmsted and corresponded with Mr.Don Laporte via text. A deal was made completely via the internet and one phone call. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, but Mr. LaPorte was well versed, knowlegable and reassuring. Oh yea, drink the KoolAid!. With the car in the garage now, I can attest that the purchase was as described, but even better than I ever expected. The vehicle was exactly as described. No dents, no scratches, nothing; impeccable. Would I recommend Mr.LaPorte, yes and the dealership as well. This was the smoothest buying transaction I have ever experienced. Mr. Laporte made this probably the easiest and least stressful buy.to date. If there was a ten plus, the dealership and Mr. Laporte deserve it. More

Returning customer I am a long time customer of Mercedes and have bought/leased multiple vehicles from this dealership. However, after my recent experience I will most definitely not be returning there. I had worked with one of the sales associates and had a good rapport with him for several years, I recently was looking for a vehicle and was treated very rudely by Bill Schwark the general manager. I had offered 500$ less than he was willing to sell the vehicle for, I later had an offer for a similar vehicle from the Bedford dealer for a more competitive price. He slandered that dealer, said the car is an ugly colour, told me that "his daughter wants a pony but we can't all get what we want" and was overall extremely disrespectful to me. He then had the audacity to tell me " I have no idea why you are not loyal to our branch we have treated you so well." I will be taking this complaint to upper management and to Mercedes and will be sure to let all others that I know about my experience at the North Olmsted dealer. More
