First service on our Sprinter will be our last! Called to schedule first service, oil change, and tire rotation. No problem we are told, we have an opening tomorrow. 5 hours and $300.00 plus later Called to schedule first service, oil change, and tire rotation. No follow-up call from service advisor to notify of any expected delay. Quote: "It should take 2 hours unless there is some issue with the check engine light; I'll call you if there is an issue." No call!!! Called repeatedly to find out what's going on. Couldn't get through to the service department. Came to pick it up and we were blamed for letting the def fluid run low. Maybe Mercedes should put in a warning in their fabulous computer system that warns you that you are about to get low on def fluid before it screws up the system not after. Just a thought. Wish we had considered the new Ford Transit van a little longer. Ryan, you really did not address our concerns!! More
