After searching on their website I was in the market to purchase a CPO S550, when a friend recommended that I contact Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. After searching on their website, I found the perfect car, but I was nervous about the thought of conducting a long distance transaction, as well as purchasing a car that I haven't physically seen. Despite my concerns, I called the dealership and got connected with a salesman by the name of Shawn Blum. Shawn immediately stepped into action and emailed me photos and videos of the car. Shawn answered all my questions in a timely manner and not once did I feel pressured to make a deal. Shawn went the extra mile to close this deal. My car was delivered to me as promised, and needless to say that I'm excited to own a flawless MB automobile with low miles. I read the reviews about this dealership and it's staff and wondered how much of it was true. Well I'm here to tell you that "it's all true".
