Mitch has excellent product knowledge and led us to selecting the GLC 300 locating a new vehicle (meeting our specifications) that was still at processing center. Mitch also negotiated with local vendor for installation of a trailer hitch. Working with Mitch was the most positive experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. His sales manager, Doug Horner was equally polite and professional in helping us. The product expert checking us out was very helpful and professional although we cannot remember his name. Shawn would send my husband and I emails and calls for six months. Shawn was determined to find the right car for me...and he did!!! We were out of the country on vacation, when he sent us a email of a car with everything on my wishlist. Shawn found the perfect car and it had everything I wanted and more!! He’s a great asset to your sales team. I’d recommend that the dealership consider a more seasonal attire to help the salespeople cope with the outdoor heat. Full dress attire for 90+ degrees is rough. Though these guys are absolute troopers in this heat. Marlon, Bill (GM), and Bill (Service) were great. We appreciate their support and help.
