Even after you pay them thousands. I know, the same thing happened to me. The manager Ronnie and Richard have the worst attitudes and WON’T even apologize. Good luck getting this service advisor, Jeremy to call you back. He has no clue what is going on there. Don’t even bother asking for a loaner. Apparently, they don’t have any. This experience with MB Nola is enough for me to never buy a Mercedes again. PS- Don’t waste your time with calling corporate, they don’t do a thing. I have never met Herbert and I have never bought a vehicle from him. I contacted him by phone when I was looking to buy a vehicle and he helped me find what I was looking for even though he did not ha vehicle from him.
