I typically go to glen allen dealer but I recently moved to Midlothian so I tried this dealership. I just felt like they were money Hungry. I went for an oil change but I know they already do multipoint ins to Midlothian so I tried this dealership. I just felt like they were money Hungry. I went for an oil change but I know they already do multipoint inspection when they do oil change but I inquired if I can get an inspection too since I had less than two months to get a new one, well without talking to me they just took off the sticker (although it wasn’t dead yet) and tried to get me to pay $600 for ONE tire in replace for the one they failed me for that had a little bubble in it. I had something similar happen to the last dealership but they just advised me of what was needed since my inspection was still good but not this one. I feel like they should’ve checked with me first prior to taking it off since I still had plenty of time to get a tire. So that happened the then my car was there for almost a week and didn’t get a update or call back until I was outreached about having their loaner car too long when I never got a call back in the first place. Don’t wanna talk bad about the company but I do feel like that could’ve been handled way better. More

I was not very happy with my service advisor Regina Fitz. I dropped my car off for service the night before. I got the message from mercedez benz the next day with info for my service advisor and to contact I dropped my car off for service the night before. I got the message from mercedez benz the next day with info for my service advisor and to contact her if I have any questions. Never received any direct message from her directly. I messaged raging half way thru the day to see if my car will be ready and no response was received. I never got any call from her or anyone to see if my car was ready and when I called I kept getting transferred to her voice mail. I ended up driving 30 minutes to the dealership without knowing if my car was ready 15 mins before they closed since it was end of the day. Ms. Fitz had left early for the day and the 2 ladies who helped me were nice. They had no idea where my car key or the paper work was and but they were able to figure things out for me and told me my car would be ready in 10 -15 mins. Travis Melton was so nice in the past and was so good at communicating. It's been 24 hours plus I have yet to receive any message from Ms. Fitz. Worst customer service ever from her. And really inconvenient. I will not be buying my car from this dealership just because the kind of service I received from Ms. Fitz. More
