Best place to buy pre-owned car. Jon and Ryan are awesome! I've bought two pre-owned cars here- a 1995 Jaguar XJS convertible several years ago and a 2005 Lexus LS430 a couple weeks ago. I live in Baltimore and searched all over the Internet for the best condition vehicles in the region. The photos on their website were accurate and was definitely worth the drive. Jon (salesperson) said they only offer exceptional vehicles for resale and he wasn't kidding. Jon and Ryan (Sales Manager) were no pressure and no-nonsense which was greatly appreciated. Jon was also exceptionally responsive to my text messages throughout the process. They recognized the outstanding condition of my trade-in and really went the extra mile to get me top dollar for it. Believe me when I say there are very few dealerships that I ever recommend, but I would definitely buy here again. More

I brought my 2004 C320 Mercedes Benz to be serviced. It needed several things done to bring the car up to standards. Everything was done very well. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting me and he is a very nice person. The car needed a little touch of paint and that was done and the crack piece under the drivers seat was replaced. Whoever did my headlights, did a beautiful job. They shine and look like brand new. The Mercedes Benz team did an excellent job all the way around taking care of the needs of my car. The car means a great deal to me. It was a gift from my husband who was a quadriplegic. He was injured in Viet Nam. A lot of the maintenance work was completed. I thank Matt Webber and the Mercedes Benz team for a job well done. It was also great having the discount card. That helped save quite a bit. Thank you all very much. Patricia Duty More
My salesman, Jon Barker, and the finance manager went above and beyond my expectations to put me in my certified 2008 C300! I had more credit issues than I realized and did not think the deal would work, above and beyond my expectations to put me in my certified 2008 C300! A much difference experience than Richmond BMW. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes or any used luxury vehicle to check this dealer out! More

Not only was sales amazing, but the service group is great. I have 2 cars serviced there, and Matt makes sure we feel at home. The parts department made sure that I got the most fair price possible, made me feel welcomed as a new client and had everyone from the Dealership Manager down to the key techs working to support a question that I had. I have never received this kind of service from anyone, much less my previous dealership (Acura). This experience is 5 stars all the way around from sales (Jon Barker, Steven Baker and Ryan Pulley) to service and down to the folks that stayed late to make sure my car was available after work. What amazes me is that my 10 year old used car (that we didn't even buy there) gets the same level of attention as my brand new E350! Gosh, with service and support like this, I think it will be tough to get me to buy another brand. Please keep up the amazing work!!! More

Their pricing was fair, their treatment of myself and my friends was unparlelled and they were able to help me select the perfect vehicle and give me a very fair trade in price for my old car. The most amazing thing was that the entire team stayed 90 minutes after closing time to ensure that the car was prepped, detailed and delivered all while I signed the paperwork. I am so excited for my car and for working with the team in the future. As I said, this is going to be a long and amazing relationship. When scheduling our 20K mile service on our Sprinter (for 9am the next week) we were quoted $485 (plus or minus a bit for different oil capacities) by the lady on the phone. When we arrive at 9am - we are told that the vehicle wouldn't be ready until 3. That is unacceptable. I mean, why make an appointment in that case? We also told Bryan that the brakes are squealing - he replies that there's nothing they can do for that. Really? Anti-vibration compound? Nothing? grrr...When we arrive at 3 Bryan tells us that it's almost done...6hrs and it's not done. 30min later it is finally pulled around - with squealing brakes. Next comes the bill - $842.94. Unbelievable. Crappy service, smug employees, incompetence. Next time I'll take it to Jiffy lube - probably get better service. More
