The customer service at the Service Department is outstanding. From setting up my appointment over the phone to getting my car serviced, everyone was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about th outstanding. Donald made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and was very communicative and personable. They also send you videos of your vehicle being inspected with a plan on what will be done and what recommendations they have to keep your car performing it’s best. I would say it is best to make your appointment over the phone instead of online - in the past when bringing my car in for service from an online appointment, they don’t seem to be prepared for you. Otherwise, everything is great, and I thank the team, especially Donald, for taking good care of both me and my vehicle. More
