The leasing experience could not have been worse. The management, who are now gone except one, delivered a scratched, damage car that leaked forcing a filing a complaint with the motor vehicle board. The lease is up soon and our concern was how this unscrupulous dealership would handle that. The car was taken there for minor service three months ago and full services scheduled at the dealership deliberately in anticipation of them making unlaw and false claims regarding condition. The service manager Robert, refused to service the car. Penske who owns this dealership is a dishonest company which refused to take any responsibility for the lemon/damaged car they sold. Mercedes Marin is an unethical dealership and worse sexistist with management who actually screamed to bring a man into the room, after stating their marriage status and that “ no one there gets divorced” As predicted they still take no responsibility and remain unethical. Terrible service yet again. They screwed up the 1st service, ruined the brakes which had nothing wrong with them. Took a week to fix their 1st mistake and then they are too lazy to send their own drive service, ruined the brakes which had nothing wrong with them. We had to escalate to the management after an hour and a 1/2 of waiting. It's the service I would expect from Kia not Mercedes More
