PLS WATCH YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU ARE GETTING A LOANER.. they will charge you . such a bad experience I had with this Mercedez Benz service location. PLS WATCH YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU ARE GETTING A LOANER.. they will charge you the deposit hold of $200!!!! I went to this location for the first time for a recall that was sent out.. made an appt on Sept. 3rd and got a loaner due to the duration and time I was dropping the car off. The next day afternoon I returned the car and took off with my car.. the following week I checked my statement for the credit card I used for the loaner and came to my surprise the $200 hold charge is still there.. I called the loaner dept and I was told that it would take 7-10 business days., mind u I always get a loaner when I get my car done and typically it’s just a hold and not charge. It’s now about 3 weeks and the charge is still on my card.. it took many calls to them complaining about it for them to look into their vendor that handles that piece and sure enough they had an issue that was found.. No one called me or said anything about this complaint even after talking to the mgr. Now I was told that I have to wait another 7-10 days for the deposit to reflect on my credit card. It’s not about the amount or the money it’s the accountability and there’s definitely nothing from this MB location nor the mgr I spoke to.. PLS CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS.. who knows how many customers this happen to without realizing they are charging for the loaner!! Will never go to this location again! More
If you go to this dealer I highly recommend that you request Krystal Cortez. I was a first time buyer and you know how nerve wrecking that can be but thankfully I got her because she was more than happy request Krystal Cortez. She was super consistent and didn't get any pushy feeling at all unlike other places. She was good at answering any questions I had and if she didn't know she made sure to find out very quickly. Super friendly and professional even when the store was closed she replied to my email and helped me schedule an appointment to see the car. The car buying process is a moment to remember so the service you get is something you want to remember in a positive light. No one wants to get some grumpy person who feels too pushy or acts like they can care less if you buy the car or not and if you want a guarantee that your service will be just as good as the car you are looking to buy ask for Krystal Cortez i promise you wont regret it i know i didn't. I was lucky enough to get her without asking but that's why i wanted to let anyone else know who wants great service to request for her you're welcome. More

Just picked up our new 2021 GLS63 from Dez. This is our 10th Mercedes from this dealership. We live in San Diego, but the local dealers are nowhere near as transparent and forthright as Dez. We custom ordered the SUV in December/January and given the chip shortages, we had to painfully endure delays in production. But, Dez was extremely diligent in monitoring the status and furnishing updates. Since MB is suspending production of V8's for AMGs and similar cars, Dez and Long Beach could have easily sold this for well above list given current market dynamics. Yet, Dez and Long Beach honored our deal and sold it to us at list. That's loyalty and customer service! More
