Very disappointed that the construction of the front camera is not well made and the glass was broken by a rock or something small hitting it. Basic “A” service, only oil change-$473. I have been servicing my vehicle at Littleton-Mercedes for the past 5 years, but this experience has led me to reconsider continuing with them. I was presented with multiple recommended services, including work on the rear differential (that had already been completed just a year ago). This suggests that my vehicle’s service history was not properly reviewed before making recommendations. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of attention and fairness. Instead, I feel this situation reflects poorly on their customer care and transparency. Going forward, I will be moving my service to Denver Mercedes. I have used their service once in the past and had a very positive experience, and I feel more confident in their approach. More
I bought my 3rd new Mercedes GLE450 15 days ago (previous 2 were purchased from MB of Denver).. As soon as I got the car home, we discovered that the fuel cover did not fit properly. I swung it back by think 2 were purchased from MB of Denver).. As soon as I got the car home, we discovered that the fuel cover did not fit properly. I swung it back by thinking it would be an easy fix, but it was not. A new car was located for me with many of the same features in Alabama and we had it shipped here. We drove that one home with an air conditioner that didn’t function. After they took it back to fix the AC, they returned it with the windshield being separated from the car because something had come undone during the process to repair the AC. I was told the car needed to be kept for an extra day so that their “best detailer Juan” could go over it. The car is dirty. I’m having my own detailer come out and clean it properly. It looks like the trunk has been used to haul plants and there has been no attempt to wash the outside of the car where there are grease marks from leaning up to fix the AC. Dust inside the vehicle. While Philip and Matt in sales have tried really hard to rectify things, there are too many breakdowns at this dealership. A brand new Mercedes-Benz should be a seamless purchase. More
