Mercedes Benz was the last dealership we went to that day. We were immediately greeted by Francesco. My son loved the car! I think he liked Francesco more because he was so friendly and knew everything about the car. We talked numbers briefly and I left for the night. Francesco called me first thing Monday morning and asked when I'd like to pick up the car. The buying process took less than an hour from beginning with Francesco to end with finance manager. I have bought a lot of cars in the past and Francesco was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I've ever dealt with. It was a great experience all around. I would not have bought a car that day if we would have dealt with another salesman. He has even called my son and me to make sure we are happy with the car and has helped us with some of the features. I hope you buy all my cars from him in the future!!! More

I was looking for a specific model, color, interior, and options. I had been in contact with several local MB dealerships but the process was very frustrating to me. I just wanted a great price without extra dealer fees and hidden costs. I got on internet and found it myself. I took a chance and texted my info and within about 2 minutes Barrett texted me back. He asked a few questions and they gave me a fantastic deal, with no extra processing fees or charges. Plus, they had the car delivered to Tennessee to my front door! I think the deal was done in about 15 minutes! It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! So easy and got the car within 3 days. Carey in the business office overnighted the papers for us to sign with easy instructions about where to sign. It was great!
