I was told that it had not been done on the third business day after I drop it off at 8:30 A.M. I found out that it had been diagnosed at the time I was told that it had not so I called two days later and got The info with inflated repair prices before taxes. By that I mean the tax was not included so it would have been even more. No pleased More

Good service poor parts! The service was excellent. My main issue with this service call was the need to replace a $500 part (a trunk latch). My problem is that the identical The service was excellent. My main issue with this service call was the need to replace a $500 part (a trunk latch). My problem is that the identical part (same part number) had been replaced three years ago. That a very expensive part that is so infrequently used should only last about 2 years (it actually broke again about 9 mounts ago) and not be covered by any warranty seems ludicrous. I am very unhappy about this outcome. More
