A tire! A tire! My kingdom for a tire!!!😱 I had a nail in a tire. I brought car in and sidewall was involved so a patch would not suffice. I waited an entire day for the new tire to arrive. Guess what......it didn’t arrive until the morning of the second day. Although I was treated well by the service department, Mercedes dropped the ball bigtime. It’s embarrassing I would think that it took >36 hrs to deliver a tire. Furthermore, the loaner I was given ran out of gas as I was returning it. I put less than 20 miles on odometer during the 36 hrs..... again, this does not inspire confidence. Once b4 after my car was serviced, the service manager had my car washed for me. Needless to say, that would have been nice after a 36 hr wait for a !)&”:#%€£= tire. More

Didn’t quit until completely satisfied LR Mercedes Benz was diligent in their pursuit to repair an annoying rubbing sound coming from the steering column at start-up and as the C300 4Matic LR Mercedes Benz was diligent in their pursuit to repair an annoying rubbing sound coming from the steering column at start-up and as the C300 4Matic steering wheel auto adjusted.. This work order required a couple of visits to finally isolate and resolve the problem. A part was ordered and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.The service advisor was always professional and patient and urged me to return after each visit unless completely satisfied. A courtesy vehicle was always made available and our C300 was returned washed and vacuumed. No further problems to date. More
