Barrett McAlister helped me pick out the SUV that best suited my needs and answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me get a good value for my trade. They broke my car and refuse to fix it! I had the dealership service my gl550, because where else would you trust to take care of your Mercedes? After a month, I finally got my car back, and I had the dealership service my gl550, because where else would you trust to take care of your Mercedes? After a month, I finally got my car back, and the wheel fell off on the freeway!! They forgot to tighten the lug nuts! They ruined my brand new custom wheels, not to mention nearly killing me and my husband and the other things that they broke and lost (the drivers side mirror, the steering column, my floor mats) . They did replace the wheels with something they determined were "close enough", but I thought they were hideous. So, they had the new wheels painted. The paint is peeling and blistering now, 3 months later. And, they had promised that if anything went wrong with that wheel for the next year, they would take care of it. They LIED! Shortly after leaving the dealership the second time, the strut on that wheel went bad and they refuse to fix it. If you take your car there, you can expect it to take at least a month to fix, they WILL break something else, and never, ever deal with Kym. She is scatter brained and doesn't know anything about your car. More
