From the receptionist to all of the managers as well as the wonderful service people, they are all so eager to please and have went out of their way to assist me with anything and everything I have vneeded the wonderful service people, they are all so eager to please and have went out of their way to assist me with anything and everything I have vneeded. Michael, my service specialist explained everything accurately and worked with my schedule to get my maintenance done perfectly and then assisted me with getting my paperwork corrected for me. Allen, the service manager has been there so long but seems to remember every customer and always has the answers to any question I may have! I have only had the best of service experiences since the day I purchased my Mercedes! More
