Jonathan Sell, my service advisor, and the service department, at MB Lehigh Valley, were amazing. I was in PA from VA for a one night visit when my tire was torn by a pothole. I was forty miles betwee department, at MB Lehigh Valley, were amazing. I was in PA from VA for a one night visit when my tire was torn by a pothole. I was forty miles between 2 MB dealers. When I called Jonathan at 4pm, he said they did not have the tire, but would by noon the next day. (The other dealer did not have it and did not know when they could get it.) My 560S was towed to MB Lehigh Valley and the new tire was on the car at 230 the next day. Jonathan and MB Lehigh Valley could not have been more polite, more professional or any nicer. They turned this stressful situation around quickly. I am so grateful that I was fortunate enough to have them to turn to. Thank-you Jonathan and MB Lehigh Valley. More

I waited almost three months to have my vehicle repaired. The dealer stated they could not locate the part needed to repair the vehicle so we searched ourselves and eventually located the part and had it shi The dealer stated they could not locate the part needed to repair the vehicle so we searched ourselves and eventually located the part and had it shipped to my house. I then called the dealership to inform them that the part was located and scheduled an appointment for service. The dealership replaced the part which I provided and now I have my car back. I understand that there may have been a backlog on getting this specific part but the dealership should have searched for it themselves since there was such a demand for this replacement part and then notified the customers ( like me). More
