Thank you Rex Weaver for your understanding and appreciated. The damage is already done which cannot be repaired and there is no point to reach out to you as I have already fixed the GLS450 AC with other service, which was promising and I will continue the annual maintenance too with them. I am sorry that you will loose the customer, but want to highlight other customers that please reach out Star Service Center, or Schearer's Sales & Service who are authorized MB repair center with 50% less cost compare to MB Lehigh Valley center. Thank you.

Tommy - We took full responsibility for the unfortunate accident on Rt 22 during rush hour, with no citations issued when you elected for the valet service. The good news is there were no injuries, and your vehicle was well compensated through our insurance company. Our insurance agent has informed us that you have accepted their offer and were issued payment, which will now close out that case. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and did everything we could to help, including offering arrangements with our GM to assist with a potential purchase of replacement. In reference to events of the past years, our pricing and labor rates are comparable to other dealerships, and we work hard to provide fair and accurate pricing.
