I recently purchased a CPO MB C63S from out of town. I had a couple minor issues I wanted checked out and called and spoke with service advisor, Juan Martinez. Juan was friendly and got me hooked up w I had a couple minor issues I wanted checked out and called and spoke with service advisor, Juan Martinez. Juan was friendly and got me hooked up with their account administrator who got me into the system and scheduled the same day. When I dropped off the car, I had a chance to check out their smooth operation and my car was taken in and a loaner was provided in moments. Juan got my vehicle in with a tech who looked into my issues, which included a strange rattle from the sunroof area of the vehicle. The tech got my sunroom cleaned up and all the seals lubricated "on the house" as a courtesy, which was incredibly appreciated as this could have (should have?) been done from the selling dealer. I got the call to pick up the car and was in and out after dropping off the loaner in literally a few minutes. The remedy was 100% effective and the car is like new again! Juan was courteous and friendly, and the visit was no charge to me - but much more importantly, the issues I was there to address were resolved. The service area is expansive and spotless, and I will be happy to return if I need anything handled under the CPO at a dealer. Thanks so much Juan and MB of Lehigh Valley. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend the service team at MB of Lehigh Valley! More
