Juan in the service department was superior as someone who provided care for a customer at a time nobody else seemed to regarding a hugely awaited Mercedes Warrantied repair. On every level he was persona who provided care for a customer at a time nobody else seemed to regarding a hugely awaited Mercedes Warrantied repair. On every level he was personable, communicated directly, and informed of each step in the repair process. He even went out of his way to get the vehicle in for repair as early as possible.
