MB Lehigh Valley Service Center (MBLVSC). FYI, I had a very bad experience with MBLVSC maintenance/service center and there is no proper guidance to Wow the Customer. I had my personal FYI, I had a very bad experience with MBLVSC maintenance/service center and there is no proper guidance to Wow the Customer. I had my personal car GLS450 service for AC repair during last Sept 2022, and the technician/advisor did not provide me proper guidance what will be the course of action to fix the AC. I see that they just want to charge the customer without any advice in customer favor or give good service to car. My car AC repair 2nd time at MBLVSC center during Sept 2023, and was told that the technician found one leakage and need O-ring replaced, and they need to order the part, which is just $18. (surprised, MBLVSC do not keep a small O-ring and need to order to come back the Customer for another appointment) FYI, As I was not satisfied with MBLVSC advisor and not convinced with no permanent car AC fix, so I went for 2nd opinion with other service center and they found 2 leakages (2 O-rings required) and a connected fault pressure switch, which was not diagnosed with MBLVSC certified technician, which I feel very bad. Why I am paying more $$$ amount at MBLVSC, and which I did for last 5 years. I am thinking to dis-continue the service at MBLVSC place and go for the other center. MBLVSC staff are leaking/announcing personal information to sales people to sell the car. This is a very bad review to Customer and I do not want other customers to face this situation. Also, I requested for extended maintenance quote or pre-paid maintenance, and NONE was entertained to me. More

Beware! !! Took my Mercedes with 14000 miles in for routine yearly inspection. Used Valet service. Driver following too close on Rt 22 TOTALED my car. Service !! After trying to contact dealership owner, I call Mercedes corporate. The gave me ref. number and told me owner would call back. Never did. Service Dept last year quoted me over 600 to replace battery in dash. 38 dollar part and ten min to change. They want me to do an oil change, tire rotation (New tires, less than 50 miles on them) and check brake system. 798 dollars. This dealership is Unprofessional , Overpriced, and in my opinion, staff is poorly qualified. Do you self a favor and go to Tom Masano. I took personal and financial lose. More
