The rep who I dealt with a few times at this location, I do not want to deal with again. He gave me info for Mercedes tow service. He told me to call and use them and I did. The tow company that they sent, dragged my car and damaged my front bumper. I immediately called Juan and he told me he had nothing to do with that! I explained I have part on video and he didn’t care. He was only concerned about getting the car to the dealership and me paying for the key. I asked that he take pictures of the car., to see any damages. He didn’t at first and when he finally did, he took far away pics. He never made any notations of the event. I asked if I was getting my military discount? In which I have always in the past… He said yes but then when I picked my car up, he told the sales rep, Liz to tell me, No! Liz and I walked to my car and I have malfunction lights that I never had on now. My tire lights on my left side were on and someone broke my cup holder lid and tried to hide it! In addition to arriving at your location, I continuously called to inform Mercedes that I was coming almost an hour away in an Uber sent by urgently (your services).. I explained that there had been some construction and the time jumped up! The secretary who answered the line reassured me that she would wait the few extra minutes and has forwarded my infor to the right party so I can pick my car up… Another lie.. when I arrived , the Uber waited to see if I got in. I knocked on the doors bcs they were locked. I noticed to cars on the other end with headlights and a person on the other end. The person looked my way and they hurried and left. I noticed the door cracked from where they left from and I alerted the cleaner who was inside the customer lounge. He asked how did I get in? I explained how and he said everyone is gone l. Then he said to hold on. I went to the other side where I saw two men who were working on cars and asked them. They had no clue. I turned around and Liz introduced herself! I explained what happened. I showed her all of the calls I made to your location and she was very surprised this happened. No one was informed that I was coming. She did see my paperwork amongst other customers paperwork. I noticed my name along with my number on a sticky note, sitting randomly on the side of the counter with no attachments . Showed it to Liz. She made a few calls and thank god she knew Juan’s number, otherwise I would have had to pay $100 to get back home in an Uber.. She saved the day. I need my car situation to be addressed. I do not want to hear a oh it’s not my fault! My car was in Mercedes Benz possession and This is no way to treat any customer . More
