I was interested in 3 different models of used Mercedes. Detlev explained to my wife and I the features of each and searched for vehicles we were interested in. Detlev and everyone at the dealership gave us undivided attention when it came to appraising our trade in to when we went through the paperwork to purchase the car to servicing the vehicle before we took it home. Everyone was very friendly and very enjoyable to work with. As a manager in my own profession, I found myself envying the high quality of not just a couple of folks at Brumos but everyone we worked with. Detlev is an knowledgeable salesman and fun to work with. he is exceptional! We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back the next week and purchased a second used Mercedes vehicle. We came in with no appointment. Detlev was tied up but introduced us to Sean who helped us with our second purchase. Sean was also exceptional. Again, we received undivided attention from appraisal through driving off the lot. Perhaps even more exceptional, is the outstanding support we have received from Detlev after the purchase and from the service department (Joe in particular) working to ensure we are satisfied. Setting up the appointment online with a loaner was computer friendly and simple to do. The guys outside directed me through my parking. IT IS ALWAYS about safety. Upon picking up my vehicle - I inquired about my new navigation 2014.....he escorted me to the shop manager for questions to make sure I was secure with the new system. He is always concerned about me keeping the appearance of my vehicle in good shape and always offers great advice and good tips to keep it clean inside and out. I was impressed with the level of service that I recieved from Kevin, he arranged a loaner car while my repair was being made.
