This 2014 has a lot more items than my 2010 ML550 had. My only problem is that there is not a book that tells you all the parts, service and operable items. You have to read it on the interior and that is very difficult for me. I need a book!!! If you'll don't get me a book I guess I will have to go up and discuss everything with Richard. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my new car. More

Purchase of used Mercedes CLK 350 I purchased a used (2010) pre-owned certified car at the end of February. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealership since 1993. To be I purchased a used (2010) pre-owned certified car at the end of February. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealership since 1993. To be perfectly honest, I try to avoid the dealers as I have the belief you can get better deals from individuals. However, the treatment and experience I received at Brumos has shaken that belief to the core. Everyone was very professional and did not pressure me in the sale at all. The car sells itself, we just have to be satisfied that we have a good price and a good deal. We were introduced to the service department and the service writer and that also was impressive. Matt and Anna made the actual deal pleasant and as expeditious as possible. They even stayed after hours to complete it as we were from out of town and could not get down there until after 5:00. Even though I have not used the service department, I do intend to use it. The loaner service makes it easy to bring the car and do other business in Jax while it is being serviced. I did not give the price a "great" rating because if it was great for me then the dealership doesn't have a good deal. So I believe I received a good deal and the dealership and I both are happy. More
