Customer service is outstanding. My rep Rick was very helpful and notified me about a recall on my vehicle that I was not aware of. I informed him of some concerns with my vehicle and he insured me that he will make sure the mechanic goes over the vehicle. He did so and sent a video of some problems that I did not know existed and so glad he did. I was able to get all the repairs done. My vehicle was there for three days because of some parts due to my vehicle is a 2012. I was given a loaner vehicle and Rick called me every day with the status of the vehicle. In my past experience with zero for my vehicle I never had a service representative talking to me everyday keeping me updated with our me calling. He made sure I was taking car of and the repair bill was reasonable. When I do have to buy a new car I will buy from Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville⦠More

My 2018 Sprinter that I bought used required a DEF tank replacement. Although it was expensive I appreciate they had the parts in stock and scheduled me promptly.
