Went in to replace the right front turn signal on a Saturday morning. Jarrod informed me that the correct bulb was not in stock and that would order it and notify when available. When picking up my car after having it serviced, the front seats and inside panels were extremely dirty with dirty hand prints. The service I had done was not explained to me in any manor, when I asked the service tech to explain what had been done, since I had gotten a new battery and battery tender.After seeing the condition of my car, I was appalled. This wasn't the way I had brought it in looking. I than spoke with the service tech and he cleaned the seats and door panels.This was totally unacceptable for a Mercedes dealership or for any dealership to return a car in this condition to a customer. More
