I also appreciate the Cafe which serves complementary breakfast and lunch while you wait. I’ve had warranty and general service performed on my 2012 E350 Sport 4matic and it still runs and looks like new! MB of Jacksonville gets 5 stars from me! More
We were able to get an appointment the day we called the dealership and the Service Department identified the issue right away. The dealership even offered us a courtesy car. Jarrod, This is Valarie Williams. I was in there today to have a wheel replaced. After I returned home and looked at the wheel I noticed that the cap for the valve stem(i think that I was in there today to have a wheel replaced. After I returned home and looked at the wheel I noticed that the cap for the valve stem(i think that's what it is called) was missing. See the attached picture . Additionally, the service was to take 1.5 hours however it was 2 hrs. And that was without the multi point inspection. 😪 More
