The sales person suggested I drive several models which I did and still chose the GLA, I love it. My experience was wonderful, from the sales person Joe who never tried to sell me, just facilitated my request, to Jamie who review the entire car with me and was very helpful given it was my first Mercedes and they certainly do have their own personality. Not up to MB standards While I had a great experience leasing my car in 2013 (otherwise I would give them zero stars), my then salesman no longer works there and I cannot se While I had a great experience leasing my car in 2013 (otherwise I would give them zero stars), my then salesman no longer works there and I cannot seem to get their attention to lease a new car. Notwithstanding no less than 4(!) contacts from them in the last month asking me to terminate early and take out a new lease, they have completely ignored my emails and telephone messages offering to do just that. Obviously, rather than simply making it easy by writing a new lease at the same rate, they want me to come in so they can try to upsell me. This is conduct expected of a lesser brand, but not the experience one would expect when buying a Mercedes. Very disappointing - I would stay away. More

Very Happy Customers My husband and I were so pleased meeting and purchasing our Mercedes with Tom Caccalvale. The minute we sat with him we felt we were in good hands. Took time to show us all the vehicles available in the colors we were interested in and showed us how to work all the equipment in our test drive. I highly reccommend anyone I know to buy from Tom. He took the time to introduce us to the Manager and not to forget we had a nice experience with Ken Melendez and Jamie who again at open house showed my husband how to use all the new Hi -tech equipment in the car we purchased. Not Very Good If your from out of state, they have their "own set of customers" they take care of , you will end up on the bottom of the pile. 1 Week later still If your from out of state, they have their "own set of customers" they take care of , you will end up on the bottom of the pile. 1 Week later still waiting for return of deposit money. If you need to get your deal completed in less than 6-8 weeks don't go there. Incidentally, I went to another MB dealer and got my new CPO . More

I had the further pleasure of dealing with Dave Bank from the day I wal I had the pleasure of purchasing a new E350 from Mercedes Benz of Huntingtion. I had the further pleasure of dealing with Dave Bank from the day I walked in thru delivery of my vehicle. Dave was professional,honest,helpful and above all fair. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the buying experience. I have purchased many new autos over the years and I have never felt as comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience as I did in this situation. Dave was straight-forward and informative.
