Sales and Service My wife and I purchased a GL 450 from Anthony. It was by far the best car buying experience we have both had experienced. Once we settled on the car we wanted Anthony proceeded to make the financing experience a real pleasure. he was extremely competent and professional. His knowledge and caring made buying this car a wonderful experience. Recently my wife called me to let me know she ran over a huge construction staple. I called Anthony and he advised me to call roadside assistance. The called my wife and had the tire changed in 15 minutes. The next day Bud helped me take care of the flat and Ron also corrected a broken linkage that was causing a rattle. It is amazing to know that the wonderful sales experience we had with Anthony did not end at the sale. We feel he is always there for us. Huntington Mercedes service department is fantastic. More

First time Mercedes shopper There were some car dealers that I have been to in the past couple of years that I felt sucked the fun out of the experience of shopping for and buyin There were some car dealers that I have been to in the past couple of years that I felt sucked the fun out of the experience of shopping for and buying a new car and expected nothing short of that from this dealer but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, shopping for a Mercedes was much different. We were able to look around freely without anyone up our butts and when we finally decided we wanted to see someone to talk about our options and take a test drive we asked for help and received it with a smile. Now I don't know whether that was because we went on a Sunday and they were very busy or whether thats the norm but regardless of the reason it added to our pleasant experience. We decided to lease an E350, luckily they had our first choice color and all options we were looking for in the car and drove it home the day after we decided on it. The positive experience we had included people we didn't even speak to like the detail/service guys who found a ding in the car and reported it to the salesman so that he can have it fixed to Eddie who sat with us in the car for an hour the day we picked it up to go over all the magical things it could do. We are very happy we shopped there. More
