Wheels cracked and bent We noticed a vibration in our C43AMG, especially at higher speeds, so we called for service. We were disappointed to learn that our rims were either We noticed a vibration in our C43AMG, especially at higher speeds, so we called for service. We were disappointed to learn that our rims were either cracked or bent thanks to using low profile wheels on NY streets. Our issue was handled quickly...an appointment was made for the following day and a loaner car was delivered to expedite the process. Luckily, we had purchased tire and rim insurance so the cracked rims were covered. The person who recommended the insurance when we leased the car was the same person who handled the service call, the claims, the payment, the loaner, and the delivery. Great job, Eric Grobert. More
