I had come in with pre- approved financing from my insurance company, but with my credit score being pretty good, he was able to secure MB financing 1/2% lower. He explained the various extended coverages that were available, but there were no hard-sell tactics when I declined. All in all, an excellent buying experience. More

He educated me and told me that the red PSI lights meat I had a nail in my tire. Our usual service Manager was off; however, Klint P delivered the bad news that I had three nails in one tire. I usually get upset about those thing but Klint did a good job keeping me calm. He also helped arrange a loaner vehicle for an upcoming service call. I was not there very long but everyone kept asking me if I was being taken cared of. Love this dealership. More
