I was greated with open arms by the sales person Hank Woloz. He made the purchase quite pleasurable as the process from first visit to pick up went extremely smooth. My certified used car required $6,354.00 dollars in repairs after approximately 2,000 miles in 2 years. Huntington mercedes says the suspension failed due to only driving the car 500 to 1000 miles per repairs after approximately 2,000 miles in 2 years. Huntington mercedes says the suspension failed due to only driving the car 500 to 1000 miles per year. This opinion was stood behind by MBUSA. This is an exotic car which is collected. A mercedes 2004 500sl. Following Huntington of Mercedes line of thinking none of the mercedes line of cars should be collected. They believe that their flagship convertible sportscar cannot be collected because if you drive only 500 to 1000 miles a year within 2 to 3 years the suspension on the car will fail. It should be noted that I do not believe that Huntington mercedes or MBUSA really believe what they are saying. It is just that when the dealership certified the car they did not do anything but clean it. The suspension must have been compromised prior to them selling the lemon to me. More

Hank Woloz of Mercedes-Benz of Huntington helped me get into a car that I thought I would never own. Hank and I spent a great deal of time putting the paramenters of a deal together when sudddenly, I into a car that I thought I would never own. I have to say, it is never easy to accept defeat, but MB of Huntington came through and a short while later, when my situation improved, I talked to Bill Laupus at MB Benz of Huntington and told him I was ready to buy. Bill had Hank Woloz call me with the same deal! The exact deal we had agreed upon that I cancelled, was back on the table. I am sure that most of us have had similar experiences, but not with CAR SALESMEN! My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington, NY convinced me that this dealership, and its sales team, is unlike any others. More

Car lease was negotiated via email & phone. I was very impressed with the process. There was no BS, Hank was honest and professional, and the price quoted was the price when I signed the lease.
