Very professional staff. When I first waked in, I was shown to a salesman. When I explained that a friend had recommended me, the salesman looked up who my friend's salesman was and walked me over to him shown to a salesman. There was no feeling that they were trying to sell me, I was shown and offered a number of different cars and explained the differences. When I came back the next day with my wife, my salesman wasn't available, (he was at a training seminar). Another salesman took wonderful care of us and closed the deal. My original sales person got full credit. When I picked up my car (when promised), the procedure was efficient and very well organized. My salesman then spent over two hours showing me all the features of the car. The next day I received a phone call asking me if everything was okay with my new car. The salesmen I dealt with were: Eugene Dremov, Charles Cohen and Ken Melendez (the fellow who brought me over to my friend's salesman). More

Went there on a whim where I was met warmly by reception and started talking with Hank Woloz; informed, professional, accomodating and personable. What's not to love? After agreeing on a great deal, came and started talking with Hank Woloz; informed, professional, accomodating and personable. What's not to love? After agreeing on a great deal, came back for the car and was personally introduced to the service manager, general manager and other staff who made me feel at home and as if I had just reunited with my long-lost family. Back to Hank Woloz for a second, he demonstrated all the features of my car I would need to get up and running, programmed my phone (and even gave his cell if I had any questions), and talked about other Mercedes programs that I might be ready to use when it was time for a new car. Most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. No pressure, no gimmicks, no problems, no kidding. THE BEST More

This only occurred maybe once or twice over a period of several days an if you left the car for an hour or two it then worked fine. It was I think a difficult problem to even diagnose, but the service staff were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. I am not a car expert, but it seems to me they did a fantastic job given how often the problem actually occurred. The problem was diagnosed as a sensor problem. I just wanted to thank the staff for such prompt attention to what must have been a difficult problem. We have 2 cars from Mercedes of Huntington and we have been really happy with the service that we have received over the last 10 years. However, I think this time the service organization out did themselves. More

Let me preface this review by saying I am 36, despise auto shopping and salesmen in general. With that said, it's about time that there is a salesman who can be nice, informative, and down to earth helpi auto shopping and salesmen in general. With that said, it's about time that there is a salesman who can be nice, informative, and down to earth helping us without pressuring us to buy instantly, while still doing his job and getting the most for his dealership. We leased a C300 sport which was our first Mercedes, so we knew nothing about the car other than what we read. Hank took the time to fully explain all features and make sure the whole time we were having an enjoyable buying experience. I can honestly say he was a class act from start to finish and the sole reason we leased from this dealership and not the other ones we initially went to for estimates. A friend, who buys MB frequently, suggested I go to Huntington as their experiences have been "satisfactory." That word should have been KEY! I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I found the salesperson to be condescending and arrogant. You know there is a problem when you are told, "If you think you will get the vehicle for that price, well, I am not even going to work up the numbers." Needless to say, I went to LAKEVIEW in Rockville Centre. WOW! What a difference! There you are treated with respect and professionalism and, by the way, "I did get the vehicle for that price" with more options and am a happy MB owner thanks to Lakeview! After explaining to my friends what had happened at Huntington and the excellent manner in which I was treated at Lakeview, they informed me that Huntington has lost them as a customer as well. More
