Mercedes-Benz of Huntington responded

The salesman, Saul, has been gone from our dealership for more than a year and a half. Vehicles that are sold Certified undergo a vigorous inspection process. Certification and the corresponding warranty is valid for a year. Certified vehicles do not always get new tires. Tires that meet certification standards are not replaced. It is not uncommon for vehicles to require maintenance and servicing during ownership. We've attempted to contact this reviewer via dealerrater.com, however, this reviewer has chosen to remain anonymous and refused our efforts to assist or remedy any issues.

The reviewer is neither the buyer nor operator of the vehicle involved with this transaction. The buyer indicates he is quite happy with his purchase. Although we do provide signed CPO checklists upon request during the purchase process it appears none was requested at that time. Later, a checklist was requested and in the rush to accommodate the reviewer we did, in fact, omit signatures. We attempted to correct this oversight by offering to RE-CERTIFY the vehicle and provide a new signed checklist but the reviewer has not responded to this offer. It should be noted that this checklist which merely lists points of inspection of the vehicle in no way voided the Certified Warranty nor were any Warranty repairs refused.
