Sold me a certified car with transmission problems. The car tire had a bubble on the side and the console buttons stuck.They even lied to me about putting new tires on every car they certify. Right.. I was buying a certified mercedes for peace of mind. Turns out I could just as well have bought a trade in mercedes from a chrysler dealer and have the same luck. Used car dealers will always be the one of the lowest professions on earth. But I expected something better from a Mercedes dealer. More

I searched many websites looking for my next car purchase. Mercedes Benz of Huntington, NY has a fantastic website. They do an excellent job providing many photos of cars that are being offered for sale. It also gives a lot of detailed information on each car, which allows someone (like me!) the ability to make informed decisions of whether to drive to the dealership and take a closer look at potential acquisitions. I found a beautiful Benz on their site...and then drove to the dealership to take a look. It was awesome that this dealership was actually OPEN on Sunday afternoon!!! As a career person who works many hours each week, it helped with my scheduling and time management. The staff was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable. It truly was a great experience to purchase a car at a fair price. In the past, I have purchased 12 different vehicles from dealerships. This was one of the best, and most appreciated, experiences that I have had. I am a proud owner of a gorgeous Mercedes Benz, and a new fan of the Mercedes-Benz of Huntington. More

The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff at Huntington Mercedes Benz is second to none. They are not the closest to me geographically, but they make up for it with quality services in both sales and repairs. More

This was my first purchase of a Mercedes. The visit to the dealership was off to a bit of a shaky start (some problems with another sales person and the manager of the dealership). My husband also purchased a new Mercedes (trading in a BMW). Terrance was a pleasure to work with! He was very reasonable in negotiating the trade in value. We found him to be a real gentleman. I just purchased a new SLK350 from this dealership. I have to say that it was a great experience and that was because the salesman, Paul Napper knew his job.
