Went into MB of Huntington to look at a 2011 ML350. Tom was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and he dealt with me fairly. After closing the deal, met with Spence to finalize some details...and h was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and he dealt with me fairly. After closing the deal, met with Spence to finalize some details...and he was awesome. Spence is a great guy, honest and a straight shooter. Everyone I met there were ultimate professionals. Hurricane Sandy caused a few ineviatble hiccups leading up to delivery (the dealership, like most of us on LI had no power for days), but Spence was all over it and kept me informed of status and got me in to the car within a day of the dealership getting back power. And delivery was a great experience...the car looked amazing, and Tom walked me through everything. And they even got me some gas in the car, at the time the gas lines were hours long as a result of the hurricane. These guys absolutely rocked. Bottom line -- I couldn't have been any happier with the experience. Tom and Spense were a pleasure to work with, and I would seek them out next time I need another vehicle. Hope their service area lives up to the high standards set by the sales and delivery team! More
Steve sold me a preowned 2007 GL 450. I totally got ripped off. The car had one problem after another. I even broke down on the way to work which was a huge problem for me,I work in an operating room a ripped off. The car had one problem after another. The dealer didn't even have a loaner for me! A car of only 5 years shouldn't have had all the problems it had. I did purchase an extended warranty for 2500.00 plus tax, I guess that's good with all it's problems. However I just traded the car in for a new car (not Mercedes ). The warranty still has one year left. I went to the dealership to see what I could get back on it (prorated). The mgr looks it up and tells me that I have had 3000.00 worth of work done on the car so I'm not entiltailed to anything. What bs He told me had I not used the coverage I would've gotten 1100.00 back. Well it's not my fault the car is a piece of junk .The service advisor even said there had been a lot of problems with the 2007GL . More

We leased Audis for 12 years before leasing our first Mercedes (from MB Manhattan); in 2009, a friend recommended that we try talking to Paul Napper at MB Huntington, and in March of that year we did. Mr. Napper was a pleasure to deal with at that time, and when we returned the car to the dealership a week ago at the end of the lease, he was once again as friendly, helpful, and attentive as he was three years ago. MBs can basically sell themselves, I suppose, but a high-pressure stereotypical sales type would have sent us running. Even though we live in Manhattan, the trip out to Huntington is worth it to us, because of Paul (and, indeed, everyone we spoke with while we were there going through the process of getting the old car returned and the new one picked up). Even though he was coming down with a cold that got progressively worse the longer we sat there, Paul took his time to make sure that every detail was handled properly. I read the other reviews on this site and am, quite frankly, mystified by the one terrible review -- it was almost as if this person had been to a different dealership altogether. My own experience with MB Huntington in general, and Paul Napper in particular, has been nothing but excellent, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. More
I always HATED car shopping. I always felt that someone would try to take advantage of me. That ended when I met JR. I have purchased several vehicles from him in the past few years and now its to a point would try to take advantage of me. That ended when I met JR. He and his staff are professional, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. Its important to have a relationship with the people that you do business with and I feel that JR always is looking out for my best interests. More

J.R. was friendly, straightforward, and gave us a great no-nonsense price. While efficient, he did not seem at all like he was in a rush and gave us excellent customer service. We also enjoyed working with the finance guy who didn't try to hard sell us on anything, but rather presented the options and readily accepted that we didn't need them. More
