Went to this dealership before and met Joe Carrera we were looking at the time but it didn't matter to Joe he took the time to answer all our questions and work some numbers for my wife and myself . I have leased cars since 1991. Each and every time my lease was up I dreaded, DREADED, go to a dealership for a new car. This was, by far, the best experience I have had in any dealership. Mr. J. R. Iw lease was up I dreaded, DREADED, go to a dealership for a new car. This was, by far, the best experience I have had in any dealership. Mr. J. R. Iwanycki came highly recommended and with good reason. Mr. Iwanycki gave me all the information regarding the car I asked him about (the C 300); then, he asked "what is my dream car ? ". I told him my current dream car is the E 350. He told me he could give me my "dream car", with all the features I wanted, for a little more than I was paying for my current lease and he did. I now have the dream car I "built" online and dismissed as way out of my price range. There were no games, no back and forth, no nickel and diming me to death. Mr. Iwanycki was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. It was a pleasure. When I picked up my car, Mr. Larry Merola delivered the car to me. He took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with the car. He too was patient, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and respectful. I cannot express how relieved I was after five (5) minutes with Mr. Iwanycki and Mr. Merola. I am thrilled to have my dream car courtesy of Mercedes Benz of Huntington, Mr. Iwanycki and Mr.Merola. This was the best visit by far that I have ever experienced in a Car Dealership. This was the first time I purchased a Mercedes and there is no doubt that I will be a long term customer. I leased a vehicle from this dealership and was happy with the experience. I decided to purchase it at lease end. The process was a nightmare and continues to this day. I experienced nothing but poor communication with me. I also witnessed the same across their departments, especially between the sales and service departments. Missed appointments. No return phone calls or updates. Requested work not done. No follow-up with their own national leasing company. The transaction closed six weeks ago and problems still remain. We love the car and everyone at the dealership has been very nice. They were also great with loaner cars etc duing our lease so I hate to complain, but this experience was very bad. More
