Terrible Service. Srvice Center keep lying to Customer I had issue with Passenger side wiper is not working and Backup camera is keep black out. So I called on May 7th 3:17pm to make service appointment to I had issue with Passenger side wiper is not working and Backup camera is keep black out. So I called on May 7th 3:17pm to make service appointment to check up on May 17th 7:30am which is 10days ago. I drop off the car day before which is May 16th 7:04pm and I received call form Service Center at 8:31am and explain service I request by phone. I called back 2:17pm and 3.54pm 2 times to find out the work is done but service desk told me service center technician working on and they could not find problem yet. I went Huntington, NY dealer to check my car but I realize they did not even take to Service Center for all day (with 8 service hours) which is they lied to me all the time I call. They did not tell the truth and keep lying everytime I called and I felt racism from Huntington, NY MB dealer More
I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership.. Buying a car is one of the highest expense in the average persons life,i had a few cars in my life... and all my car buying proses went smooth and nic Buying a car is one of the highest expense in the average persons life,i had a few cars in my life... and all my car buying proses went smooth and nice. ..Nobody treated me so bad,unprofessional and unfair like this dealership. From the first moment that i came in, i didn't feel comfortable..but i found a car and i signed a bill of sale and i closed the deal,and then 2 days after when i came to pick up the car, they sold it to another buyer(he must payed more then me) UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Its hard for me to describe my fillings that moment, but i was very very mad and aggravated ,they did to me something that non buyer expect to get it from a car dealership. End, i would like to express my disappointment from the sales person that "took care" of me, his name is -Jehovani Argueta,him and the rest of this dealership management that deal with me, did nothing to solve my problem,they just didn't care.... i will never buy anything from a salespersons or car dealership like that .,!!!! I couldn't have been happier with the experi I would like to recognize all the gentlemen that helped me purchase my new 2014 CLA Mercedes on 4/30/14. I couldn't have been happier with the experience they created for me. I came in seeking a new car due to an unforeseen issue with my Volkswagen. Without hesitation they(Chris, Bill, and one other gentleman that I unfortunately did not get his full name that agreed to help me immediately!) volunteered to help in any way they could and proceeded to research whether or not the vehicle was available for a trade in. It was not drive-able and I stood to lose an incredible amount of value I had incurred in the vehicle as it was paid off entirely. As I came in looking for a lesser model CLA but fell in love with the limited edition in mountain gray, they immediately saw how much I liked it and made the payments affordable(the finance guy was very thorough and not pushy) and got me into the car I love!!! Since I had a rental that I was spending quite a bit on, they saved me money, took the trade in off my hands, and put me into a beautiful car that I have enjoyed since the day I drove it home. I would like to thank all of them for their treatment and courtesy during the transaction, they made me feel like a friend and took care of me like I was family. Assisted by Eric Grobe As a long time customer of Mercedes-Benz of Huntington I am pleased to share my most recent experience this past October 2013. Assisted by Eric Grobert (my Service advisor), I was introduced to Brian Haney in the new car sales division . Both gentlemen knew what type of vehicle I wished to purchase and made the entire experience fast and seamless. Eric has been my service advisor or at least ten years and has always acted professionally and efficiently. Both of my previous Mercedes-Benz vehicles have been impeccably maintained. I found the experience of purchasing my new vehicle to be very informative and relaxing. Brian was up front and did not make this buyer feel pressured. In fact, he was very approachable and answered all of my questions. If he did not know the answer to a question he stated so and researched the information. I appreciated the honesty that both Eric and Brian exhibited. When all the details were finalized I had no questions about my new purchase . As a busy business owner, my schedule is difficult. Brian met my needs and stayed past work hours to make sure all of the details were ironed out. The new car was delivered within two days. An Excellent Car Leasing Experience After meeting with Bill Dodge, the General Manager, who is an excellent representative of Mercedes Benz, he promptly had Brian Haney contact us to go After meeting with Bill Dodge, the General Manager, who is an excellent representative of Mercedes Benz, he promptly had Brian Haney contact us to go over options and come in for a convenient appointment. We went over the lease options and quickly decided to move forward. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We then went over to the Finance Manager Ken Melendez who walked us through the add-ons and remainder of the process. Our car was ready in 2 days (Saturday visit to Monday pickup). We turned in our old Mercedes and the process could not have gone smoother. Brian was excellent in the delivery part of the process. We drove away extremely pleased and we have already starting referring others to this fine dealership. More

Junior sales folks should leave their ATTITUDE at home! Having done a test ride at this dealership, I was happy and really wanted to buy it from here since it was close to me. A few back and forth with offers with Jehovani, I thought almost landed on a decent deal one evening. The deal included the price and taxes. After having settled the deal, Jehovani comes back and says the numbers don't include the taxes. CHEATER. Being in Sales, the sales needs skill and professional and should have the knack of holding their emotions. Seeing his deal falter through, came out rude and abusive. It sounded more like a Used Cheap Car Dealership where using abusive language is probably a norm. I am surprised how a Luxury brand dealership can entertain such an attitude. If it was not for Jehovani, I would have considered this dealership. I bought my SUV from a different dealership where I got the deal that I wanted with a very friendly welcome and NO ATTITUDE. More
Friendly, understanding entire staff. Price was a bit high for the mileage on the vehicle but the vehicle was the car I wanted. Trade in was fair but not outstanding.
