Best dealer experience ever! We went to Mercedes Benz of Huntington to replace an older (2009) car. We visited 3 other local dealerships (other makes) before walking into MB of H We went to Mercedes Benz of Huntington to replace an older (2009) car. We visited 3 other local dealerships (other makes) before walking into MB of Huntington. We were undecided about which luxury SUV to buy, so we test drove 2 of the other brand SUVs, and tried to test drive another at the other 3 dealerships ( we were ignored at one of them). We walked into MB of Huntington and were immediately impressed by the polite receptionist and clean, spacious showroom. We were sitting in an ML350 with our little Yorkshire terrier on my lap when a man approached us to talk about our dog. After a minute of conversation he asked what we thought of the car, and we thought he was another customer. It turned out to be salesman JR Iwanycky, and we were instantly impressed by his relaxed, friendly approach, professionalism, knowledge of the MB products, and low pressure tactics. He took us for a test drive, we fell in love with the car, ordered it that day, and have had it for about 8 weeks. THEN, when my Lexus IS250 convertible was approaching lease end, we visited JR two weeks ago. I took delivery of my 2014 MB SLK 250 yesterday!! WE ARE MB CONVERTS thanks to JR Iwanycky and Huntington Mercedes Benz. My husband and i are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of both purchases !!! Oh--and we love our beautiful new cars!!!! The Most Professional Car Dealer I've Ever Met! I came in to Mercedes Benz of Huntington on a late monday evening, I was just expecting to test drive the new ML, get a price and get out of there bef I came in to Mercedes Benz of Huntington on a late monday evening, I was just expecting to test drive the new ML, get a price and get out of there before all the dealers started to haggle me. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Rich that night. Great guy! rather than pushing the car on me he simply let the car speak for itself. He is extremely professional, his 30+ years in investments may have something to do with it. I was so impressed! He went over the numbers with me, no surprises. Within 3 days I was driving the exact car I came in for! I'm hard to please however I highly recommend Rich if your looking for a new Mercedes! More
