I was introduced to Chris Carratura through one of my associates at work and I couldn't be happier. I spoke with Chris over the phone , We discussed ordering a new 2015 S-Class. I felt confident enough to order my new S-Class over the phone. Chris followed up with me all the way through to let me know when my car would arrive. It came in a week sooner than I expected. Friendly and honest salesperson Vincent Randazzo was the salesperson who approached us at Mercedes Benz of Huntington and from the very start of his sales approach he was honest and Vincent Randazzo was the salesperson who approached us at Mercedes Benz of Huntington and from the very start of his sales approach he was honest and not aggressive at all. We like that in a salesperson and trusted him throughout the sale of our automobile. We were there to trade in our last Mercedes for a newer model and he guided us through the entire process with no problems and a perfect delivery experience. Spence was also a wonderful representative of the dealership who helped us with pin stripping our new vehicle and arranged all our financing without any problems. Ron Kraham in the Service Dept. is always top notch and has always been helpful to me in the past and on this transaction. More
